Telehealth visit takes approximately 5-10 minutes over the phone to go over your medical intake. Upon completion, I write your Medical Massage Prescription and fax/email it directly to the office you are receiving services. The Medical Massage Prescription or PT precription is valid for 8 weeks, in which we then complete a brief follow up Telehealth visit.

In person Medical visit to address any prescription renewals, nutritional counseling, necessary referrals, ordering blood work, blood draw in office etc. Specialist Copay is collected for your Medical Visit.
